In the Spring of 2003, work got underway developing the new interiors
of the 210 Prospect Street Condominiums, a classic New England
structure rich in history that dates back to 1869. Enjoy the
tour below - where we've spotlighted the renovation process that has
transformed this historic building back to its original glory - with all with the modern
amenities of today.

Specialists install high-grade
insulation in the ceilings to ensure a quiet, comfortable living
experience. |

The high-end kitchen cabinets
are nearly in place. The all-important kitchens were designed with
plenty of natural and man-made light for both functionality and
atmosphere. |

Only top-quality
windows and doors from brands such as Anderson and Norco were used in the 210 Prospect Street Condominiums. At
right, French doors lead out onto the roof deck. |

Ceramic tile and
modern fixtures accent the baths. Neutral colors allow individuals
the freedom to decorate the rooms to their personal style. |

Workers put the finishing touches on
the siding, which will ensure low maintenance expenses for
years to come. |
